Control Can Never Manage Pain – The Real Cyclebreaker is Compassion

Control can never manage pain. Only compassion can appease it — and awareness can let it move again in its natural rhythm.
As long as we arrest our pain to protect ourselves from feeling it,
we only create more pain instead.
We lock it in, sealing it into the system,
forcing it to unconsciously replay on endless repeat.
The only way out is the most counterintuitive one:
to turn around and face it — to look pain directly in the eyes.
That’s the move that ends the cycle.
Until this truth truly sinks in, no real change can happen.
There is no other way.
