Leave the Light on – Finding the Way Back to Our Center

As long as the light is on, you can find your way back. Back to center. Back to the unshakable part of you that knows.

In the process of growing up, most of us forget. Not just birthdays or names, but something far more essential: Who we are. What we are.

We begin as light. Not metaphorically – actually. We are frequency, essence, pure being.
Before the roles, the wounds, the masks. Before anyone told us who to be.

But life is loud. Conditioning is persistent. And slowly, layer by layer, we forget. We identify with the body, the story, the trauma, the persona. We become the name, the job, the label, the pain.

And in that forgetting, we feel lost. Disconnected. Divided. Desperate to find meaning. Looking outside for what was never missing—only veiled.

That’s why the most important thing in life is this: Leave the light on.

That light inside you? It’s not a decoration. It’s your compass. It’s home.

When you’re confused, stuck, ashamed, overwhelmed, it’s not more noise you need. It’s not fixing, performing, or proving. It’s remembering the light.

As long as the light is on, you can find your way back. Back to center. Back to the unshakable part of you that knows.

If everyone remembered their own light, even just a flicker – we wouldn’t be drowning in this collective turmoil. We wouldn’t be at war with ourselves or each other.

Because people who remember their light don’t need to dominate, compare, or destroy.
They see through the illusion. They know the truth: We’re not here to become something.
We’re here to be what we already are.

So if you remember nothing else – remember this: Leave the light on.
