CHANGING THE FRAME OF PERCEPTION
Most of what we call change is really just rearranging the furniture. We tweak, we improve, we try harder — but we’re still operating within the same old walls. It feels like progress, but underneath, nothing has truly shifted.
The Shift is not about changing what you see. It’s about changing the frame of perception itself.
There are moments when this happens. Not because you forced it or worked for it, but suddenly — like a curtain pulling back from a view you’ve looked at a thousand times. What you knew does not change, but you are no longer seeing it through the fog of your old habits or past conditioning.
We usually live in a closed loop, an automatic way of seeing that we mistake for “just how things are.” The Shift is simply stepping outside of that loop. It’s not something you build block by block; it’s something you uncover.
This isn’t another self-help method. It is a shift in position — from which you encounter reality differently.
